Total Body Fitness is a mix of various training styles that change week to week. Whether it is Circuit, Bootcamp, HIIT, Bodyweight, or Resistance Training, this class is designed to give all levels a great full body workout.

Circuit Training

This class is a great way to push yourself each week! A circuit session includes both strength and aerobic activities, making it a popular choice, those short on time and in need of versatility. Using Intervals, stations, and timing principals this full body workout will push you to the next level.
